🏐 Karyn Lowe
Karyn Lowe helped establish Curtis Coast Dolphins Netball Association in Boyne Island, serving as its founding president and becoming a life member. Her wider regional contribution has included swimming administration, the Tannum Sands Seagulls Rugby League Club and more than a decade as a beach official with Tannum Sands Surf Lifesaving Club. She has also served as a trustee of the Gladstone District Sports Foundation, which assists young athletes selected for state or national competition. Her connection with Boyne Island is practical club-building and ongoing sporting service, rather than an assumed local birth.
